CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of all scheduled service(s).

RETURNS

We know it happens, sometimes a product does not do what you want it to. Come on in for a complimentary consultation and let one of our service providers show you how to get the results you are looking for. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied, you are welcome to return the product for an exchange within 14 days of the original purchase.

CHILDREN

We love kids; which is why we want to keep them safe. Everything in the salon is hot or sharp. We ask that you only bring your child if they have an appointment of their own for the duration they are in the salon; that way we can give them the attention they deserve and keep them safe.
